The International Township TV & Film Festival (ITTFF) is a groundbreaking initiative designed to empower underrepresented filmmakers—especially those from South African townships and rural areas. By providing a global platform for authentic storytelling, ITTFF connects local creatives with industry professionals and audiences around the world.
Spearheaded by Andile Aluta Gumbi and a passionate team of creatives and entrepreneurs, the festival is more than an event — it’s a movement to rewrite the narrative of African storytelling from the ground up.
